Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Handling: 

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing prior to shipping. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays). 

All International orders will be shipped out the following business day from when they are placed.


If you received a tracking # and it's not showing any info, please allow up to 36 hrs for UPS® to update your tracking information. (DO NOT EMAIL US, please be patient).

Orders placed before 12PM WEST / 9AM EAST / 10AM CENTRAL will ship out the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped out the following business day.

Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your international order.  Additionally, some international orders may receive delays at the destination’s customs office.  Unfortunately, we cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be.  We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns, Exchanges and Store Credits:


ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON BLACKFRIDAY, CYBERMONDAY, FLASH SALES or any other promo discounted orders, including International Orders --- NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS. 


If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you purchased from, you may REQUEST TO SCHEDULE A RETURN within 7 days of receiving your order. Must be new, with original tags attached and packaging. 

To make a RETURN OR EXCHANGE, you MUST fill out a “return” form.

You can obtain this form simply by emailing us at 

 Once you receive the return form, you have 5 business days to send us your return package and tracking number.


We schedule returns to ensure all returned packages are approved and accounted for by our warehouse. Please allow 7 business days for your return and/or exchange to get processed



ATTENTION: If you decide to ship back your items WITHOUT a return form and the 7-day mark has passed, you are responsible for the reshipment of the SAME items back to you. We will not accept the return. If you choose to not contact us with reshipment payment, your items will be quarantined for 7 days and then restocked without a refund.

In addition, if your order is shipped back to us due to insufficient address or wrong shipping information you are responsible for the shipping fee.

We recommend that you ship via a trackable and insured method back to our warehouse as SERENEDE® cannot be held responsible for returned packages that were lost in transit prior to our receipt. Please specify what item you are returning as well as what item(s) you would like in exchange. If you would like store credit you can select “Store Credit”.  All store credits issued will only be valid for redemption in our online shop,, and are valid for one year from the issue date. 

Items must be returned in the following condition:

  • New Condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Tags must be attached

*Please allow 7 business days to process any returns or exchanges from the day our warehouse notifies us that your return has arrived. 

Restocking Fee

All refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of $5 plus $.75 per item. The fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. 

(Damaged or exchanged returns are exempt from the fee.)
