- How many days do I have to make a Free Return request?
- 10-Days from the confirmed delivery date. Must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn with original packaging and hangtags attached.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON Black Friday, Cyber Monday and International ORDERS.
- International Orders are not eligible for returns.
- I made a mistake on my order, how can I change it?
- Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or modified.
- If you you have not yet received your order (delivered) please do not request a return until it arrives.
- Orders will only be accepted for a refund or credit exchange within 10 days of the delivery date.
- How do I request a return?
- To request a return, scroll down to the bottom. Once you tap [START YOUR RETURN] enter the order # found in your order confirmation email and the email on the order to login successfully. Please allow 48 hrs for all return requests to be reviewed. (Limit 1 return per order )
- What's the status of my return?
- Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will verify the items and then email you the confirmation.
- Refunds --- 10 working days after arrival and verification.
- Store Credit --- 10 working days to receive SERENEDE® credit.
- Exchanges --- select STORE CREDIT to place a new order for the item you would like in exchange. This is a quicker, more efficient process to help you with size availability of high demand sizes and styles.
- My return was rejected, what do I do now?
- Returns that are sent to us stained, worn, smelly or used will be rejected at the time of inspection in which you will be responsible for a $10 rejected return shipping charge to retrieve your worn item(s). DO NOT RETURN WORN, USED, STAINED or SMELLY ITEMS.
- Rejected returns invoices must be paid within 10 days of receiving the invoice, after which they will no longer be reshipped and donated.

- All free returns must be approved by customer support within 10-DAYS of receiving your order by submitting a request through our RETURN PORTAL. Once approved, please ship your return within the specified date on the USPS Free Return Label.
- Please ship your return with USPS packaging (or the box you received your jeans in.)
- Do not ship your return in our branded denim package, this is not for shipping. Returns shipped with our branded packaging only, will be rejected at the time of inspection.
- To be eligible for a free return, jeans must be new, unused, in the original condition and packaging with tags attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.
- Stained, worn, or used items will be rejected at the time of inspection in which you will be responsible for a $10 rejected return shipping charge to retrieve your worn item(s). DO NOT RETURN WORN, USED, STAINED or SMELLY ITEMS.
- The invoice for rejected returns must be paid within 10 days, if the return shipping invoice is not paid by the stated time, it will be donated to the local community center and no longer able to be reshipped to you.
- Any damaged or defective items must be photographed and sent to customer support within 3 days of delivery via our online Returns Center. You can upload a photo of the defective item once you login.
FREE RETURNS WITH USPS
- Once your return is approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions on completing your FREE RETURN via email.
- You have until the following business day to ship back your return after approval. If you do NOT ship your return within 3 days of receiving your Free USPS Return Label, it will be void and no longer active and your return will be rejected, this is non-reversible.
- If you ship your return with a different label, please email the tracking number within 3 days otherwise your return will be rejected.
- Please ship your return with a USPS box (or the box you received your jeans in.) Do not ship your return in our branded denim package, this is not for shipping. Returns shipped with our branded packaging only, will be rejected at the time of inspection.
- Free USPS Return Labels are provided once approved with instructions sent via email. You will also receive a separate email from USPS with your USPS LABEL BROKER QR CODE.
- The email is titled: [ USPS - Click-N-Ship Label Print Code ] (see below)
- Instructions are emailed once approved. Here is a quick statement regarding the ease of our Free Return Policy: "The customer can then bring their package and Label Broker ID — either printed or on a mobile device — to a participating USPS Post Office. After presenting the QR code ID to a retail associate, the employee will scan the QR code, affix the label to the USPS package and provide the customer with a receipt."
- Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process your exchange or issue you a refund.
- All returns must be submitted online --- CAUTION: not following the steps mentioned above can cause your package to be lost or delayed.
- Limited to 1 return per order.
All refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of $5 plus $.75 per item. The fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. (Damaged or exchanged returns are exempt from the fee.)
