- How many days do I have to make a return?
- 10-Days from the confirmed delivery date. Must be in brand new condition with packaging and tags attached.
- How do I request a return?
- To request a return, scroll down to the bottom. Once you tap [START YOUR RETURN] enter the 5-digit order # found in your order confirmation email. Please allow 48 hrs for all return requests to be reviewed.
- What's the status of my return?
- Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will verify the items and then email you the confirmation (please send us tracking so we can expect your return).
- Refunds --- 10 working days after verification.
- Exchanges --- up to 10 working days after return arrival to swap out and ship back to you.
- Store Credit --- 5 working days to receive SERENEDE® credit.
RETURN INFORMATION [ 10-DAYS ]
- All returns must be approved by customer support within 10-DAYS of receiving your order by submitting a request through our RETURN PORTAL.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, jeans must be new, unused, in the original condition and packaging with tags attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition. (Stained or smelly items will be rejected.)
- Any damaged or defective items must be photographed and sent to customer support within 3 days via our online Returns Center.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive step-by-step instructions on completing your return via email.
- When shipping your return, please be sure to get tracking confirmation. Return packages are the customers responsibility until they are received by our warehouse.
- We do not provide free shipping labels, return shipping fees are the customers responsibility. (UPS, USPS, FedEX are all ok to use). Remember to send us tracking for a smoother process overall.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your exchange or issue you a refund.
- All returns must be scheduled with customer support --- CAUTION: not following the steps mentioned above can cause your package to be lost or delayed.
All refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of $5 plus $.75 per item. The fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. (Damaged or exchanged returns are exempt from the fee.)
