To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

Orders ship within 3 business days --- pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipping. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once processing is complete and your order ships out.

Once shipped, delivery time within the U.S. is 3-5 business days. For international orders, typically between 7-10 business days.

Please note we DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays. 

All orders placed before 12PM PST / 09AM EST / 11AM CST on a business day will have their order shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12PM will be shipped the following business day.

* Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your international order. Additionally, some international orders may receive delays at the destination’s customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be.  We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in. Shipping fees will not be refunded.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
